Adult program
Muay Thai
Stand-up striking — punches, kicks, elbows, knees — with a world champion.

What it is
Muay Thai is the art of eight limbs — fists, elbows, knees, and shins. Our striking program is led by Ognjen Topic, a three-time Muay Thai World Champion and former Lion Fight competitor, so the technique you learn is the real thing, scaled to whatever level you walk in at.
What a class looks like
You warm up, shadowbox, and then work technique — a jab-cross, a teep, a round kick — before spending most of the class on pads with a partner while a coach circulates. Conditioning is built into the rounds. How much, if any, controlled contact you do is up to your level and your comfort.

Taught by a champion
Ognjen Topic is a three-time Muay Thai World Champion and former Lion Fight competitor. You are learning from someone who has done it at the highest level, not someone who read about it.
You set the contact level
Most people come for the skill and the conditioning and never take a hard shot. Sparring is optional, controlled, and matched to your experience.
